　　 3月4日，从南昌住房公积金管理中心获悉，自2022年3月7日(含)起，我市住房公积金租房提取额度将统一调增至每月1500元，公积金贷款最高额度统一调增至双缴存职工80万元、单缴存职工70万元。

　　我市现行租房提取额度（市城区每月1200元，南昌县、进贤县、安义县每月1000元）统一调增至每月1500元，单身职工减半执行。执行时间自2022年3月7日（含）起，已办理2022年年度租房提取业务的职工，可补提差额部分。

　　同时，我市住房公积金贷款最高额度（市城区双缴存职工60万元、单缴存职工50万元，南昌县双缴存职工50万元、单缴存职工40万元，进贤县、安义县双缴存职工40万元、单缴存职工30万元）统一调增至双缴存职工80万元、单缴存职工70万元。执行时间自2022年3月7日（含）起，商品房以购房合同备案时间为准，存量房以契税完税凭证载明时间为准，商转公业务以受理时间为准。（ 肖周）
