转移群众、排积水……南昌市各部门积极应对强降雨

　　6月18日以来，气象部门接连发出暴雨蓝色、橙色、红色预警，为切实做好防汛应对工作，南昌市防指6月19日0时起，启动防汛Ⅳ级应急响应。

　　为做好强降雨防范应对工作，市水利局提前通过短信云平台、赣政通、微信群等发送强降雨预警短信6000余条，并根据各地降雨实际情况，动态更新发送预警信息，指导各地各单位应对强降雨。

　　6月19日，市防办启动融合值班，市水利局、鄱阳湖水文检测中心、市城管执法局、市气象派专人到市防办值守，以便及时掌握雨情、水情、汛情，做好相关防汛防涝工作的指挥协调调度。

　　6月18日，湾里管理局紧急避险转移群众37户76人，确保避险转移不漏一户、不漏一人，对已转移群众采取“人盯人、守好门”方式阻止回流，确保汛期群众生命安全；安义县对27户55人、新建区对1户2人实施了避险转移。

　　6月18日，针对强降雨天气，新建区防汛办加强调度，组织新建区城排所对城区积水地段进行排水作业，新建区城排所出动20余人连夜处理积水区域，方便群众出行；为做好防汛排涝工作，红谷滩区出动人员360余人次、内涝排水车2辆、发电机40台、排水泵30台。（社 邹鹏飞）
